Permanant Markers are set at each Property Corner and stakes are set along the lot lines.  Fence Companies can simply 'string line' the property for easy and accurate fence installation.


Each Survey Includes a 'Record of Survey' Plot plan which shows every detail of the property for owner Records.  If there is trespassing or Encroachment our Field Surveyors will Map it and it will be drafted on the Record of Survey Plot Plan so that notice can be served to the abutting Neighbor. 


If Required a Registry of Deeds Recorded 81X Plan can be prepared and recorded to create a registered public record. (additional fee required)
